The answer

The returning yellowish or brownish discharge (kudra) is not menstruation as long as it is not connected to blood, and redoing the (ritual bath) is not required. If you wish to perform ghusl for cooling down or cleansing, it is not necessary to wash or wipe the head. However, if you wish to perform ghusl as a precautionary measure, you must perform a complete ghusl by ensuring water reaches all parts of the body, including the roots of the hair. Wiping the head in wudu (ablution) is prescribed once, according to the majority of scholars.
