How should a menstruating woman act regarding wiping her head when performing ghusl after purification, and when performing wudu for each prayer?

Purity is of two types: major and minor. Washing the head is obligatory in the major ablution (ghusl), and wiping over it is obligatory in the minor ablution (wudu). Whoever is unable to wash it in ghusl or wipe over it in wudu due to a legitimate Shar'i excuse, should perform tayammum for it.
