Is it permissible to perform tayammum and suffice with it instead of ghusl and prayer if one fears illness due to the cold weather and lack of heating?

If ghusl (definition) (ritual bath) due to janabah (definition) (state of ritual impurity) is obligatory, then one must bathe with water, taking the necessary precautions, such as bathing in a warm place and drying the body and moisturizing the limbs. If this is not possible or if harm is feared from using water, then tayammum (definition) (dry ablution) is permissible. One must beware of the devil's whisperings that falsely suggest illness from using water.
