Is it permissible to perform tayammum for ghusl, wudu, and prayer in a state of janabah when unable to bathe due to a medical device, and what should be done if this is incorrect?

The entire body must be covered with water during ghusl (definition) (ritual bath). If there is a heart rate monitor that would be damaged by removal or exposure to water, one can wrap something around it to prevent water from reaching it. Then, the rest of the body is washed, and tayammum (definition) (dry ablution) is performed for the part that was not reached by water. This is an analogy to a wounded person who cannot wash or wipe their wound. If preventing water is not possible, then tayammum is performed for the area of the device, and the rest of the body is washed. It is not permissible to suffice with tayammum for the entire ghusl.
