Is the husband sinful if his wife delays ghusl from janabah and misses the prayer?

There is no sin upon the husband for seeking intercourse with his wife whenever he wishes, provided it does not harm her or distract her from an obligation. It is not permissible for the wife to refuse or be lazy in responding, or to delay ghusl (definition) after intercourse until the prayer time passes. Indeed, disobeying the husband and refusing to respond to his call to bed is among the major sins, and neglecting prayer is among the greatest destructive acts. The husband should advise his wife, discipline her, compel her to obey Allah, and use the permissible means: admonition, then abandonment in bed, then non-violent striking.
