Is the reddish discharge that appears after the ritual bath for menstruation considered a "kudrah" (discolored discharge) that necessitates repeating the ritual bath, prayers, and fasting?

One must perform ghusl (definition) immediately upon seeing the sign of purity, whether it be dryness or the white discharge (al-qassah al-bayda’), and it is not permissible to delay it. If the reddish water is blood, then its ruling is the same as that of blood that reappears after the cessation of menstruation, and ghusl becomes obligatory when it stops. However, if its color is yellow or brownish (yellowish discharge and a turbid discharge), then it is not considered menstruation.
