Is the ritual bath valid if water touches parts of the body after janabah and before the complete ghusl?

If you enter the bathroom after janabah (definition) and wash part of your body, then perform ghusl (definition), your ghusl is valid and not invalidated by the water that touched you before the ghusl. Furthermore, ghusl for janabah is not obligatory immediately; rather, it is permissible to delay it until a time when ghusl can be performed and prayer can be caught. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, would sometimes be in a state of janabah when dawn broke, then he would perform ghusl and fast, which indicates the permissibility of delaying ghusl.
