Is the water that separates from clotted blood on a wound during ablution (wudu') or ritual bathing (ghusl) considered impure, and does clotted blood take the ruling of liquid blood, given the difficulty of removing this scab?

If a person washes blood and its removal becomes difficult or results in harm, then the obligation to remove it is waived; because "there is no obligation with inability, and no prohibition with necessity," and because hardship brings ease. Flowing water over the area does not become impure if it separates from the area without being altered by the blood. Clotted blood has the same ruling as liquid blood regarding the pardon for a small amount of it. We advise the questioner to ignore obsessive thoughts.
