The answer

The fluid that typically exits in this situation is (pre-seminal fluid) and not maniy (seminal fluid). Therefore, (ritual bath) is not required from it; only the private parts need to be washed. It nullifies wudu' (ablution). The difference between them is that maniy is discharged with pleasure and is followed by a feeling of fatigue, whereas madhy is discharged at the onset of pleasure without pleasure in its discharge, and it is not followed by fatigue. The color of a woman's maniy is usually yellow and may be white, while madhy is a thin, sticky, white fluid. Whoever doubts whether the discharge is maniy or madhy has the choice: if he considers it maniy, ghusl becomes obligatory; if he considers it madhy, washing it off clothes and body and performing wudu' become obligatory.
