What are the causes of feeling prickling and numbness in the body, especially in its right half, upon hearing the Qur'an, in addition to the sensation of sexual assault at night, and an aversion to family and prayer, and what is the way to get rid of these symptoms?

The questioner is advised to adhere to prayer and not abandon it, and to consistently recite and listen to the Qur'an, while consulting doctors and legitimate ruqya practitioners. She should also regularly perform supplications for protection and general prayers. As for the sensation of intercourse during sleep, it is a dream, and women experience wet dreams just like men; a person is not held accountable for it. If she sees seminal fluid after the wet dream, she must perform ghusl (definition) (ritual bath), based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Yes, if she sees water." If she does not see any trace of seminal fluid, then ghusl is not required. She should regularly recite the morning and evening remembrances, as well as those for sleeping and waking up, and frequently seek refuge with Allah from the accursed Satan.
