You are not required to perform unless you are certain that what is discharged from you is semen. If you are in doubt, then ghusl is not obligatory, and you have the choice to assign to this discharge the ruling you prefer. However, if the secretions are discharged without desire, they are vaginal discharges. You may consult specialists to determine the cause of these discharges.
