What is the religious view on husbands who believe that touching their wives does not nullify ablution unless the wives are menstruating, in which case they become impure, as do their belongings?

Touching a woman's skin does not invalidate ablution (Wudu') unless prostatic fluid (madhy) is discharged, regardless of whether the wife is menstruating or not. Avoiding things used by a menstruating woman or considering them impure is an act of the Jews. Islam has permitted mingling with a menstruating woman, sitting with her, and enjoying her company in ways that do not involve intercourse. Intercourse is forbidden in the place of impurity. Touching a menstruating woman is like touching any other woman. Her belongings do not need to be washed, and one who uses them is not required to perform ghusl (definition) (ritual bath).
