The answer

"There is no significance to doubt regarding the emission of any impurities. If the questioner is certain that drops emerged after ablution, then he must perform ' (cleansing) and repeat the ablution if he wishes to pray, and wash whatever affected his body and clothes. A full body (ritual bath) is not obligatory. If the emission of drops is continuous, such that he does not find enough time to perform prayer in a state of purity, then he is afflicted with urinary incontinence ( سلس البول). His obligation is to perform ablution for each prayer after its time has entered, cleanse the affected area, and tie something that prevents the passage of impurity. What is emitted thereafter does not harm him."
