A woman performs ghusl (definition) (ritual bath) after she becomes pure from menstruation. She washes her entire body except for her breast if she fears harm by washing it, based on a doctor's advice. If it is possible to wipe over it, she should wipe. If wiping is not possible, she performs tayammum (definition) (dry ablution) for it. Thus, she combines ghusl and tayammum. It is obligatory for her to fast if she becomes pure before the time of Fajr enters; she should perform ghusl, pray, and fast.
