What is the ruling regarding a woman performing the Friday ghusl after menstruation and other states of ritual impurity?

If a woman performs a single ghusl (definition) (ritual bath) with the intention of purifying herself from menstruation or janabah (definition) (state of ritual impurity requiring ghusl) along with the ghusl of Friday, that suffices her. If two causes necessitating ghusl converge, a single ghusl with the intention for both suffices, according to most scholars, including the adherents of the four madhhabs.
