What should be done upon seeing a small amount of viscous fluid exiting the penis when pressed, and is it impure, thus requiring ghusl? What if it exits unknowingly after performing ablution? Is this a medical condition that warrants a visit to the doctor?

Islamic Sharia (definition) is lenient and easygoing. It only requires a Muslim, after relieving himself, to perform istinja (definition)' (ritual cleansing), then ablution (wudu'), and prayer, without any inspection or squeezing of the organ. Such actions are considered extremism and whisperings (waswasah) enjoined by Satan and forbidden by Sharia. There is no need for ghusl (definition) (ritual bathing) for every prayer because the fluid is not semen, which necessitates ghusl. Scholars have likened the male organ to an udder: the more it is squeezed, the more fluid comes out. Therefore, one must stay away from these whisperings.
