Is it obligatory to repeat the prayers that were performed after ablution, when it became clear two days later that there was a very tiny bit of nail polish on some nails next to the flesh?

If what is on the nails does not prevent water from reaching them, then the prayer is valid. However, if it prevents water from reaching them, such as nail polish and most nail varnishes, then ablution and prayer are invalid, and repetition is necessary.
