The answer

The growth of coarse pubic hair is a sign of puberty if it can be shaved with a razor. Shaving it is a for a mature individual and does not have a specific age limit. Weak hair, however, is not considered a sign of puberty. Hair removal can be achieved by trimming, cutting, or other methods, but the best method is to shave it from its roots.
