Droplets discharged from the anus are impure and invalidate ablution, as they soil any place they touch, because they originate from outside the two excretory passages. As for sweat moisture, it is pure moisture that does not defile clothing. Moisture remaining inside the vagina does not invalidate ablution or defile clothing.
