Does impurity transfer, what are the conditions for its transfer, and if al-madhiy (prostatic fluid) gets on the inner garments, is it obligatory to purify the outer garments as well? Does impurity transfer by touching or sleeping on a spot with a dry trace of menstrual blood, if there is moisture on the hand or the spot?

It is obligatory to wash whatever parts of the body the (pre-seminal fluid) has touched. For clothes, it is sufficient to sprinkle water on the affected areas. The persistence of the madhy's color or smell after washing does not matter if its removal is difficult. If the color of the madhy remains after thorough washing, a moist hand touching it will not be harmed, and it will not transfer due to this slight moisture.
