The discharge coming from the urinary meatus is impure (najis), whereas scholars have differed concerning the purity of vaginal discharge. If the discharge is impure and there is no means to purify it or change clothes, the prayer is valid, and you do not have to repeat it, according to some scholars. However, if it is pure or its purity is doubtful, the prayer is valid, and you do not have to repeat it.
