Is it reprehensible to dry oneself with tissue after using water for purification (istinja') if the intention is to dry off, in order to avoid harm and wetting clothes?

Scholars have stipulated that one should not perform istijmar after cleaning with water (’ bi’l-ma’) because there is no benefit in doing so. One who cleans with water removes both the substance and its trace. As for using tissues to dry the area, this is not considered istijmar and there is no harm in it.
