The question

Is something that has been afflicted by an impurity, and the impurity itself has been removed with water, but its traces remain in a way that is difficult to remove, considered pure? And is something that has been afflicted by an impurity then washed with water, but body fats and secretions remain on it, considered pure? And is the defilement of a wet bathroom floor limited to the spot where the impurity falls upon it?

The answer

Nothing from the bathroom becomes impure except the spot upon which the impurity fell. Whatever the impurity did not fall upon remains pure. And concerning anything whose impurity is doubted, its original state is purity.
