Is the prayer of a man who performed tayammum and prayed on an airplane valid, given the availability of water but the absence of a hose for washing impurities, and his turning towards the Qiblah to the best of his ability?

If a person performing ablution (wudu') makes tayammum (definition) for every prayer on an airplane, despite the availability of water and their ability to use it, their prayer is invalid and they must make it up. However, if they are unable to use water, then the tayammum is valid and their prayer is correct. If they cannot remove an impurity, they should pray in their current state. If performing wudu' is difficult or impossible on the airplane, the passenger should make tayammum on a dusty surface if available; otherwise, they should pray without purification due to incapacitation. Facing the Qibla (definition) should be done to the best of one's ability.
