The answer

Natural discharges invalidate ablution according to the majority of scholars. They are pure (tahira) and do not necessitate (ritual bath) or changing clothes. However, it is preferable to guard against them. As for (pre-seminal fluid, which is discharged during foreplay), it is impure (najis) and invalidates ablution. Whatever part of the body it touches must be washed, and clothes should be sprinkled with water. To treat waswasa (obsessive whispering/doubts), it is recommended to remember Allah frequently and completely turn away from these doubts, not paying attention to uncertainties regarding purity or prayer. Indeed, one afflicted with waswasa should not perform the prostration of forgetfulness ( al-sahw) and should not heed doubts after completing an act of worship.
