The water splashing from washing urine impurity is pure, and it is not obligatory to wash whatever it touches, provided it separates without being altered by the impurity. However, if it changes, then it is impure. Similarly, if it separates without being altered before the place is purified from the impurity, whether it was dry or its spot was wiped.
