How does a woman perform ablution (Wudu') in the presence of a non-mahram man?

A woman must veil herself from foreign men because her entire body is awrah (private parts that must be covered) in front of them, and it is not permissible for her to uncover her feet in their presence. Therefore, it is even more imperative for her not to uncover the rest of her body when performing wudu' (ablution) in front of them. Umar ibn al-Khattab, may Allah be pleased with him, differentiated between the places of wudu' for men and women. If a woman is compelled and her wudu' exposes her awrah, she is permitted to perform tayammum (definition) (dry ablution).
