Is it permissible for a ritually impure person (junub) who is unable to perform ghusl daily to pray with tayammum?

It is obligatory for a person in a state of major ritual impurity (junub) to perform a full ablution () with water for prayer if they find water and are able to use it, as Allah Almighty says: "And if you are ill or on a journey or one of you comes from the place of relieving himself or you have contacted women and find no water, then seek clean earth and wipe over your faces and your hands [with it]. Indeed, Allah is ever Pardoning and Forgiving." (An-Nisa: 43). However, if using water would cause illness, worsen an existing illness, or delay recovery, then it is permissible to perform (dry ablution) for prayer until one is able to perform ghusl.
