Is it permissible for a student to perform tayammum if he has a wet dream at school and fears illness from ghusl?

If you can heat water and perform (ritual bath) without harm, then it is obligatory upon you to do so. If you cannot wash your entire body, then wash what you can and perform (dry ablution) for the remainder. If you are unable to wash any part at all, then perform tayammum.
