Is it permissible to perform tayammum for intercourse if ritual bathing (ghusl) after menstruation is not possible?

If a woman becomes pure from her menstruation but is unable to perform , it is permissible for her husband to have intercourse with her after she performs . This is the view of the majority of the imams.
