What is the ruling on ablution for someone who cannot hold anything in their hand and finds it difficult to perform tayammum by wiping their face and placing their hands on the dust, given that there is someone who can help them bathe once a day?

The Gist of the Fatwa (definition): Allah does not burden a soul beyond its capacity. If a Muslim is unable to perform ablution (wudu') or dry ablution (tayammum (definition)) due to incapacity, it is permissible for him to pray without purification by water or earth. This is based on the hadith (definition) of Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) regarding the Companions' prayer without wudu' due due to the absence of water before the revelation of the Tayammum verse.
