What is the ruling on missing the 'Asr and Maghrib prayers while traveling due to the unavailability of a place for Istinja' (cleaning oneself after relieving oneself) and Wudu' (ablution), or a suitable place for prayer, and what should one do to avoid this sin?
Going out for a trip is permissible if it does not involve anything unlawful. When the time for prayer arrives, look for a way to cover yourself and perform ablution (wudu'). Vaginal discharge does not necessitate ' (washing the private parts after urination or defecation). Pray in an open, clean area, while adhering to full and modesty. Do not let shyness prevent you from performing prayer. If going out for a picnic does not involve anything religiously forbidden, then it is permissible, even if it leads to (dry ablution) due to lack of water at the picnic spot, provided that the departure was before the prayer time commenced.
