Prayer is obligatory for a Muslim under all circumstances as long as their mind is sound. It must be performed however possible, and not delayed beyond its time due to surgery. If you are unable to stand, pray sitting. If you are unable to do so, pray lying on your side, gesturing for bowing and prostration, with prostration being lower than bowing. If you are unable to perform ablution, then perform (dry ablution). Any conditions or pillars of prayer that you are unable to fulfill are waived. The blood resulting from surgery does not invalidate the prayer because it is blood due to an ailment, not menstruation. You should cleanse yourself from it, perform ablution, and pray.
