The answer

Whoever desires to interpret a verse from the Holy Qur’an should refer to the books of (exegesis). The verse is interpreted to mean that Allah Almighty created the heavens and the earth and everything between them in six days, then He rose over the Throne. He knows what enters the earth of seeds and drops (of water), and what emerges from it of plants, crops, and fruits, and what descends from the sky of rains, snow, hail, decrees, and rulings with the angels, and what ascends therein of angels and deeds. And He, glorified be He, is with all His creation wherever they may be, knowing everything, hearing their words, seeing their location, and knowing their secrets and their private counsels.
