Does touching a girl invalidate ablution and fasting?

If "peace" refers to the utterance of "Assalamu Alaikum," then it does not invalidate ablution (wudu'). However, if it refers to shaking hands with a non-, then it is forbidden. Yet, it does not invalidate ablution or fasting. The one who commits this act must repent and seek forgiveness.
