The answer

Exaggerating purification (') to the point of feeling pain is a mistake and an act of extremism (tanattu'), as is sitting for a long time for ablution (Wudu'). Both increase whisperings (waswasah). Istinja' and Wudu' should be performed normally, and no attention should be paid to doubts about urine drops coming out after ablution or during prayer, as that is from Satan. If urine drops cease for a sufficient time for purification and prayer, then the ruling for one afflicted with incontinence (sahib al-salas) does not apply, and one must not pay attention to whisperings, as they are a grave disease.
