What is the correct ruling regarding pre-seminal fluid (madhiy) and what follows from it: is it ablution (wudu'), or washing only the place where the madhiy is, or washing the entire organ, or washing the penis and testicles?

The madhy (pre-seminal fluid) is impure (najis) and invalidates wudu’ (ablution) by the agreement of jurists. However, they differed on how to purify from it. It is permissible for a Muslim to adopt any of the mentioned opinions, as this jurisprudential difference is a mercy and an expansion for the Ummah.
