The answer

Merely washing the hands or mouth does not constitute a desecration of the majestic name of Allah. Hanging remembrances () with the intention of reminding oneself is praiseworthy, and there is no harm in hanging them in a place of ablution (wudu'), because it is a place of remembrance and worship. However, if the place is not separate from the act of relieving oneself, then it is disliked to hang remembrances there. It is advised to turn away from the whispers of Satan by seeking knowledge, frequently reciting (the Quran), and engaging in remembrance.
