Do the overwhelming circumstances, illness, and being compelled to work in a mixed-gender environment, and the subsequent harassment and rumors that have befallen me, mean that Allah does not love me?

We ask Allah to grant you healing and well-being. You must turn to Allah, for He is Near and Responsive. What happened does not necessarily indicate a lack of love from Allah. Rather, trials can be a means of raising one's ranks and expiating sins. Have a good opinion of your Lord, and do not give Satan an opportunity to toy with you and make you doubt your religion. Seek refuge in Allah from him. Be sure to occupy your time with what is beneficial, such as attending circles of knowledge, memorizing the Quran, and keeping company with righteous women.
