What is the best way to connect and review five parts of the Holy Quran, in preparation for obtaining an Ijazah, after a year-long hiatus from memorization and review?

The way to solidify the memorization of the Holy Quran is by consistently reciting it. If you are unable to do so, then set a daily portion for yourself, even if it is only one juz' (part) at the minimum. It is better to recite three ajza' or more.
