Will a person be held accountable for forgetting Quranic verses after memorizing them, and what is the way to solidify the memorization of the Quran, especially with frequent forgetfulness and the absence of a tutor?

To be able to memorize the Holy Quran, you must seek Allah's help and supplicate Him, and motivate yourself with what has been reported regarding the virtues of the Quran and its bearers. Be diligent in continuously reviewing what you have memorized, and pray with it in supererogatory and obligatory prayers. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, warned against forgetting the Quran after memorizing it, likening it to a camel that breaks loose from its tether. Allocate time for memorization and time for revision. Know that abandoning the constant review of the Quran leads to forgetting it and reverting to ignorance.
