Is al-ikhfa (concealment) in the tajweed of the Holy Qur'an obligatory or recommended?

"Ikhfaa" (concealment) in the Tajweed (definition) of the Quran is an industrial obligation according to the experts of the art, and it is religiously recommended because it contributes to the perfection and beautification of recitation. Later scholars have distinguished between a religious obligation, the omission of which leads to a change in the structure or corruption of the meaning, and an industrial obligation, which scholars have mandated for the complete perfection of recitation, such as "Idgham" (merging) and "Ikhfaa" (concealment). The one who omits this latter type is not considered sinful.
