What is the ruling on pausing after the word "yak" in "Alam yak nutfah" and "bis-su'" in "Innan nafsa la'ammāratun bis-sū'i illā mā raḥima rabbī" when reciting with the narration of Qalun from Nafi'?

The Tajweed (definition) scholars divided waqf (stopping) into tāmm (perfect), kāfin (sufficient), hasan (definition) (good), and qabīh (ugly/improper). Stopping at the word "yak" in Surat Al-Qiyamah is qabīh because it is an incomplete verb whose predicate has not yet appeared. As for stopping at "bis-sū’" in Surat Yusuf, there is a difference of opinion among scholars due to the permissibility of a munqati‘ (discontinuous) exception. If the waqf is out of necessity, there is no harm, provided one returns to a place that does not alter the meaning.
