1- Is it permissible to perform more than two prostrations in a single rak'ah during Qiyam al-Layl, based on the hadith: "Help me by performing many prostrations"? 2- Does reciting one hundred or two hundred verses to attain the virtue of Qiyam al-Layl or Qunoot necessitate reciting them during the prayer, or is it permissible to recite them outside of prayer?

It is not permissible to exceed two prostrations in a single rak'ah, even if the prayer is supererogatory, because this goes against the command of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him: "Pray as you have seen me praying." The meaning of "abundance of prostrations" in the hadith (definition) refers to praying a lot, and prostration was singled out for mention due to its honor and virtue. As for the virtue of reciting a specific number of verses, it applies to whoever recites them generally, whether in prayer or outside of it.
