Does the daily, consistent recitation of Surat Al-Baqarah during the night vigil (Qiyam al-Layl) suffice as a substitute for ruqyah al-Shari’ah?

Reciting Surah (definition) Al-Baqarah during prayer is better than reciting it outside of prayer, and it suffices as a ruqyah (definition) (exorcism) during prayer. Surah Al-Baqarah is among the greatest means of ruqyah, especially its last two verses and Ayat Al-Kursi, due to the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "Recite Surah Al-Baqarah, for taking it is a blessing, abandoning it is a cause of sorrow, and the sorcerers cannot withstand it." (Narrated by Muslim) "Al-Batalah" refers to sorcerers. And his saying: "Indeed, Satan flees from the house in which Surah Al-Baqarah is recited." (Narrated by Muslim). Allah concluded Surah Al-Baqarah with two verses that He wrote two thousand years before creating the heavens and the earth; they are not recited in a house for three nights without Satan approaching it. Similarly, Al-Fatihah is among the greatest means of ruqyah, due to the hadith (definition) of Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri that a man performed ruqyah with it on the chief of a tribe who had been stung, and he was cured by Allah's permission. There is no text that obliges ruqyah with a specific thing to the exclusion of others.
