The answer

Evidence from the Qur’an and indicates the virtue of reciting the entire Qur’an. Allah Almighty said: “And to recite the Qur’an” (27:92) and “So recite what is easy [for you] of the Qur’an” (73:20). The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: “Whoever recites a letter from the Book of Allah will have a good deed, and a good deed is multiplied ten-fold,” and “Recite the Qur’an, for it will come as an intercessor for its companions on the Day of Resurrection.” These texts and others indicate that the entire Qur’an is commanded to be recited, and no prohibition has been reported concerning the recitation of Surat Al-Masad. So, how can one be prohibited from reciting a from the Book of Allah that contains a severe warning for those who strive to hinder His path and serves as an example of a stubborn disbeliever?
