Is looking at the Kaaba, the Quran, and one's parents an act of worship?

An unauthentic narration: "Looking at three things is an act of worship: looking at the faces of one's parents, at the Mus'haf (Qur'an), and at the sea" was reported from 'Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her), but its chain of transmission is weak. A hadith (definition) from Ibn 'Abbas regarding the virtue of looking at the Ka'bah has been reported, but there is disagreement about whether it is good (hasan (definition)) or weak. As for looking at the Mus'haf, there are narrations from the Salaf (early Muslims) that encourage it, and many scholars prefer reading from the Mus'haf over reciting from memory because it combines reading with looking, except for someone whose devotion increases by reciting from memory. However, nothing authentic has been reported concerning the virtue of looking at one's parents that can be relied upon, as all narrations about it are weak or fabricated.
