The prayer of one who recites a before Al-Fatihah is valid if Al-Fatihah is recited afterwards. However, this is an un-prescribed and improper act, because what is obligatory is to recite Al-Fatihah first, then whatever else is easy from the Qur'an, in imitation of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Pray as you have seen me praying," and he never altered this order.
