What is the way to wake up for Fajr prayer, even though I set an alarm and don't wake up, despite my commitment to the other obligatory prayers, and I wake up for it when I am menstruating?

Prayer must be performed on time, and it is not permissible to delay it except for an excuse. A sleeping person who took measures to wake up but did not is excused, and he must pray as soon as he wakes up, based on the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "If one of you forgets a prayer or sleeps through it, let him pray it when he remembers it." Among the things that help one wake up for Fajr prayer are sleeping early, having a light dinner, reciting the remembrances before sleep, sleeping in a state of ablution, and using an alarm or asking others for help.
