Does a garment become impure if it touches the private parts?

The garment or anything else does not become impure by touching the outer vulva, as there is no disagreement among scholars regarding its purity. The disagreement lies in the moisture of the woman's vulva. If the impurity is wet on the vulva, then whatever touches it becomes impure by the impurity, not by the vulva, because the vulva is a part of the body, as stated in the Hadith (definition): "Indeed, it is but a piece of you."
